"Disappointing- okay the first time- wouldn't do it again."

First off- you have to sign a waiver and take a selfie of yourself before you can even pay. That makes you very confident! they take a group photo of you standing in front of the balloon and try to trap you into paying high prices for their picture at the end. Would be good for a family, but not our thing. The ride i t's self was very disappointing. The very wasn't all that great. Just a view of the town. We rode with some very nasty customers who dampened the experience for us. The operator told a group to spread out and the prejudice couple refused to move- so our ride was a little off balance. We were un-easy the whole flight. It was rather short. Was it worth doing it once to say we did it? maybe. Will we ever go back? not a chance.

"Should have consistent working hours"

On our vacation to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area we had to make 2 different attempts to use our pre-bought tickets. I really wanted to go at sunset but when we got there the guy said he was closing for the day bc of lightening within 10 miles.( skies looked COMPLETELY clear) and he told my husband he would open back up for 8 am the following day. When we arrived the next day at 10:30 we were told they wouldn't open until 11:00( skies again were completely clear) the price of the ticket isn't bad if you go before noon so I can't complain about the 10 min you are up there. It is a good family activity expecially for scenic pics at 400 ft high. I just wish they would understand that some of us had to travel 20-30 miles to get to them and they should run more consistent hours for convenience of travelers who have other plans to get to.

We all loved it, it was a beautiful view, it was safe and you got to experience a balloon ride. Will do this again !! We've been on this 2 times and would have done it again but weather was bad.

"Disappointed....."

We arrived to take a ride on the balloon to no avail. The gentleman said that they were closing for lunch and that the winds were picking up. There were 12 or so people in line for the next ride up and I asked if we could ride with them. He stated NO. So let's see there are 12 in line getting ready to ride and it holds 18, but yet we were not able to buy tickets to ride because EVERYONE there was going to lunch?

"Simple but great view"

I had time to kill with my 4 year old while the older ones were zip lining. It really goes quite high. Beautiful views, great breeze. No wait in line. Not super exciting but a nice break from the busy traffic below. They had a picture package but it's just of you when you are about to get on. I didn't think it was worth the price.
