"Closed EARLY! "
TripAdvisor user rating 3 out of 5

My husband and I drove over an hour from our hotel in West Knoxville just to ride the balloon only to find them closed. Hours are not posted at the site (we had passed by before they opened on Monday to check). We had presumed that the hours listed on Trip Advisor were accurate. They were not. We arrived at approximately 6:20 PM to find them closed. VERY DISAPPOINTED. We are hoping they are open on Thanksgiving so we can work them into this trip. After asking around, we were told they close at Dusk!! Booooooo!!!!!

"Perfect way to see the fall foliage!"

Great way to see the fall foliage on the mountains! This is a nice gentle ride. Even for ones who are timid about heights will say it is a smooth ride. Once the balloon reaches 400 ft., the operator stops the balloon to give you a chance to view the surrounding areas. Beautiful view!

"Beautiful Scenery"

If you want to see a good view of Pigeon Forge this is it. 360 degrees and 500 feet above everyone. It was two couples when we went up so we walked all around to get pictures of the whole town. This was a dream come true, it reminded me of Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz, very exciting.
